Under Assembly Rule 9 (c), the minority leader is charged with nominating minority members for appointment by the Speaker to legislative standing committees. 2015 Assembly Resolution 3 added an additional minority member to the Assembly Committee on Rules. At this time, I nominate Representative Gary Hebl for appointment to the Rules Committee.
