The prayer was offered by Niizhoo Sullivan, a youth member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
The Color Guard posted the colors.
Michael J. Isham, III, a youth member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
