In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2) and Senate Rule 93, it is moved that the Committee on Senate Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 solely for the consideration of LRB-0956 and LRB-1819, relating to prohibiting as a condition of employment membership in a labor organization or payments to a labor organization and providing a penalty. Ayes: 3 - Senators Fitzgerald, Lazich and Farrow.
