The Honorable, the Senate:
Judge Timothy Vocke, designee of the Chairperson of the Government Accountability Board, signed the official canvass of the April 7, 2015 Special Election for State Senator, District 20 this morning in Rhinelander. I will be pleased to provide you with a copy of the official canvass, along with the determination of the winner, as soon as I received it from Judge Vocke.
With this letter, I am delivering the Certificate of Election for Senator-elect Stroebel to you for delivery to him. I have included a copy of the Certificate of Election and letter sent to Senator-elect Stroebel for your files.

Statement of Canvass

State Senator
SPECIAL PARTISAN ELECTION, April 7, 2015
I, Judge Timothy Vocke, designee of the Chairperson of the Government Accountability Board, certify that the attached tabular statements, as compiled from the certified returns made to the Government Accountability Board by the county clerks of Calumet, Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington Counties, contain a correct abstract of the total number of votes given for the election of a candidate for State Senator, at a Special Partisan Election held in the several election districts in said counties, on the Seventh day of April, 2015.
I DETERMINE AND CERTIFY that the following candidate, having received the greatest number of votes, is duly elected State Senator:
