2required to register under this chapter shall designate an administrator to comply
3with the registration and reporting requirements under this subchapter.

5conduit depository account.
AB387-engrossed,71,7 6(3) Except as provided in s. 11.0705, the conduit administrator may release a
7contribution to a committee only upon the contributor's direction.

9and legible manner for not less than 3 years after the date of the election in which
10the conduit participates.

12contributions made to support or oppose a candidate in a calendar year shall, upon
13its inception and prior to accepting or releasing any such contribution, file a

7is true, correct, and complete.

9previously submitted in a registration statement within 10 days following the
10change. Any such change may be reported only by the individual or by the officer who
11has succeeded to the position of an individual who signed the original statement or
12by the conduit administrator.

14reports, upon a form prescribed by the board and certified by the administrator as
15required under s. 11.0103 (3) (c), providing the following information covering the

14annually in each year of an election cycle, file a report on the 15th day of the month
15in the months of January, April, July, and October.

8contribution received from an individual to a sponsor or, if there is no sponsor, to an
9administrative fund of the conduit:

11including the 24 months immediately preceding March 29, 2014, over which time the
12individual or organization that made the contribution has made no contact with the
13conduit.

AB387-engrossed,76,215 1. The conduit has, over the 24-month period described in par. (a), attempted
16in good faith to contact the individual that made the contribution at least 5 times,
17and has documented each such attempt, but has been unable to make contact with
18the individual. A conduit may satisfy the requirement to contact the individual by
19telephoning the individual at the last-known telephone number; by sending a text
20message to the individual at the last-known cellular telephone number or pager
21number capable of receiving text messages; by sending a facsimile transmission to
22the individual at the last-known facsimile transmission number; by sending a letter
23or postcard to the individual by U.S. mail; by sending a message by electronic mail;
24or by any combination of the foregoing. A conduit may not satisfy the requirement

1to attempt in good faith to contact the individual at least 5 times if all 5 attempted
2contacts occur within a period of 30 consecutive days.

19or accepts contributions, makes disbursements, or incurs obligations for the purpose
20of influencing a particular vote at a referendum in a calendar year in an aggregate
21amount in excess of $10,000 shall file a registration statement giving the information
22required by s. 11.0803.
