17transfer of tax benefits under this section. That notice shall state the reasons

20If, within 14 working days after the date of that notice, the cochairpersons of the
21committee do not notify the
corporation authority that the committee has scheduled
22a meeting to review the
corporation's authority's proposed continuation of the
23program, the
corporation authority may proceed to authorize the transfer of
24additional tax benefits under this section. If, within 14 working days after the date
25of that notice, the cochairpersons of the committee notify the
corporation authority
1that the committee has scheduled a meeting to review the proposed continuation of
2the program, the
corporation authority may proceed to authorize the transfer of
