SB21,471 Section 471. 19.57 of the statutes is amended to read:

SB21,185,18 19.57 Conferences, visits and economic development activities. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Forward Wisconsin Development Authority shall file a report with the board no later than April 30 annually, specifying the source and amount of anything of value received by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Forward Wisconsin Development Authority during the preceding calendar year for a purpose specified in s. 19.56 (3) (e), and the program or activity in connection with which the thing is received, together with the location and date of that program or activity.

SB21,472 Section 472. 19.58 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB21,185,23 19.58 (1) (a) Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this subchapter except s. 19.45 (13) or 19.59 (1) (br), or a code of ethics adopted or established under s. 19.45 (11) (a) or (b), shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than one year in the county jail or both.

SB21,475 Section 475. 20.002 (11) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

Except as provided in subd. 3, the secretary of administration shall limit the total amount of any temporary reallocations to the general fund at any one time during a fiscal year to an amount equal to 5% 9 percent of the total amounts shown in the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) of appropriations of general purpose revenues, calculated by the secretary as of that time and for that fiscal year. During the 2013-15 fiscal biennium, the amount that may be reallocated under this subdivision during a fiscal year may not exceed 9 percent of such revenues.

The department shall allocate funds, in an amount that does not exceed $250,000 in each fiscal year for the producer led watershed protection grants.
