Moved by Senator Miller, seconded by Senator Nass that Clearinghouse Rule 15-082 be recommended for objection to the repeal of MPSW 1.05 (3) as well as treatments prescribed by sections six through 10 of CR 15-082 on the grounds that altering testing requirments could result in an emergency relating to public health, safety, or welfare. .
