Moved by Senator LeMahieu, seconded by Senator Tiffany that for Senate Bill 21, the Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions issue its report on Senate Bill 21 with the following public policy statement:  The Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions finds that there is appropriate public policy on the tax exemptions in Senate Bill 21.
