Moved by Representative August, seconded by Senator LeMahieu that the Committee issue its report on SB 503 with the following public policy statement:  The Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions finds that with the changes proposed in Assembly Substitute Amendment 1, there is appropriate public policy on the tax exemptions in SB 503.
