The Legislative Reference Bureau compiles, and periodically publishes, the Numerical Listing of Sections Affected by Wisconsin Acts from the enrolled bills and joint resolutions the Wisconsin Legislature passes. The LRB makes a reasonable effort to provide a complete and accurate listing, but assumes no responsibility or liability for possible errors or omissions.
This listing shows, in the ascending order of the decimal-numbered statute sections affected by 2015 Wisconsin Acts, the changes enacted by the 2015 legislature in its regular and special sessions. The listing also contains references to statute sections affected in prior legislative sessions that have delayed effective dates beginning after January 1, 2015, and statute sections affected by Supreme Court Orders effective beginning after January 1, 2015.
Some whole-numbered statute sections, though last printed in the statutes of 1919, continue in force today. To publication time, no act passed by the 2015 legislature has affected these whole-numbered statute sections.
In a separate table, this publication shows changes in nonstatutory session laws resulting from 2015 enactments. Constitutional amendments approved by the 2015 legislature on first consideration for review by the 2017 legislature, constitutional amendments approved by the 2015 legislature on second consideration for submission to the electorate, and statewide referendum questions for submission beginning with the 2015 spring election appear on the last page.
