2017 WISCONSIN ACT 288
An Act to amend 446.02 (3) (b) of the statutes; relating to: the score required for successful completion of chiropractic examinations.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
288,1 Section 1. 446.02 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
446.02 (3) (b) Parts I, II, III, and IV of the examination administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. An applicant successfully completes Part III of that examination if the applicant scores at least 438 375 on that part. An applicant successfully completes Part IV of that examination if the applicant scores at least 475 375 on that part.
288,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to an application for a license to practice as a chiropractor that the department of safety and professional services receives on the effective date of this subsection regardless of the dates on which the applicant took the parts of the examination administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
