2017 WISCONSIN ACT 315

An Act to renumber and amend 115.45 (1) (b); and to create 115.45 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes; relating to: robotics league participation grants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

315,1 Section 1. 115.45 (1) (b) of the statutes is renumbered 115.45 (1) (b) (intro.) and amended to read:

115.45 (1) (b) (intro.) “Eligible team" means a all of the following:

1. A robotics competition team consisting of pupils in any of the grades 9 through 12 and at least one mentor.

315,2 Section 2. 115.45 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

115.45 (1) (b) 2. A robotics competition team described in subd. 1. that also has one or more pupils in any of the grades 6 to 8.
