2017 WISCONSIN ACT 318
An Act to create 20.192 (1) (b) and 238.155 of the statutes; relating to: talent attraction and retention initiatives and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
318,1 Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table PDF
318,2 Section 2. 20.192 (1) (b) of the statutes is created to read:
20.192 (1) (b) Talent attraction and retention initiatives. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the talent attraction and retention initiatives under s. 238.155.
318,3 Section 3. 238.155 of the statutes is created to read:
238.155 Talent attraction and retention initiatives. The corporation shall collaborate with state agencies to develop and implement initiatives for the attraction of talent to and retention of talent in this state, including by leveraging the existing programs of state agencies for those purposes within the scopes of those existing programs.
