2017 WISCONSIN ACT 348

An Act to create 20.370 (5) (cv) of the statutes; relating to: funding for the Southeastern Wisconsin Fox River Commission and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

348,1 Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

348,2 Section 2. 20.370 (5) (cv) of the statutes is created to read:

20.370 (5) (cv) Recreation aids — Southeastern Wisconsin Fox River Commission. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the Southeastern Wisconsin Fox River Commission to make grants that support activities that are required or authorized under subch. VI of ch. 33.
