AB1072-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1072-AA1,1,3 1. Page 15, line 24: delete the material beginning with “when" and ending with “payment" on page 16, line 2.

AB1072-AA1,1,5 2. Page 16, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 17, line 2.

AB1072-AA1,1,6 3. Page 17, line 3: delete “pars. (a) and (b)" and substitute “par. (a)".

AB1072-AA1,1,7 4. Page 17, line 6: delete “or (b)".

AB1072-AA1,1,8 5. Page 41, line 14: after that line insert:

AB1072-AA1,2,2 “(1m) Workforce development; workforce training appropriation. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), any moneys encumbered under the appropriation account under s. 20.445 (1) (b) before the effective date of this subsection shall not lapse and may be expended pursuant to the terms of the encumbrance.”.
