AB242-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB242-AA4,1,4 1. Page 1, line 7: delete “and requiring the exercise of rule-making authority" and substitute “requiring the exercise of rule-making authority, and making an appropriation".

AB242-AA4,1,5 2. Page 9, line 2: after that line insert:

AB242-AA4,1,6 “ Section 16m. Fiscal changes.

AB242-AA4,1,10 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of children and families under section 20.437 (2) (em) of the statutes, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2018-19 is increased by $250,000 for substance abuse treatment for individuals subject to section 49.162 of the statutes.”.
