AB348-ASA1-AA23,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB348-ASA1-AA23,1,4 1. Page 17, line 14: delete “may not exceed the lesser" and substitute “ shall not exceed the fee for a building permit issued by the state or a political subdivision for any similar commercial construction, activity, or land use development.".

AB348-ASA1-AA23,1,5 2. Page 17, line 15: delete lines 15 to 20.
