AB351-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB351-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 22: before “disposition" insert “final".

AB351-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 5: after “agency," insert “a board of police and fire commissioners,".

AB351-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 7: delete that line and substitute “shall submit to the law enforcement agency having custody of the record a preservation directive within 120 days after the incident.”.

AB351-AA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 11: delete the material beginning with “Data retained" and ending with “agency." on line 13.

AB351-AA1,2,3 5. Page 3, line 17: delete “was present at the location during the recording" and substitute “is depicted in the recording, or the individual's voice is audible in the recording".
