AB397-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB397-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete the material beginning with “going" and ending with “firearm" on line 3 and substitute “using a dangerous weapon”.

AB397-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 19: before “act of" insert “intentional".

AB397-AA3,1,5 3. Page 2, line 22: delete “A threat" and substitute “An intentional threat".

AB397-AA3,1,8 4. Page 3, line 4: delete the material beginning with “participates" and ending with “weapon" on line 5 and substitute “uses a dangerous weapon while intentionally participating in a riot”.
