AB42-ASA1-AA3,1,2 21. Page 10, line 19: after “and shall" insert “, subject to par. (e),".

AB42-ASA1-AA3,1,3 32. Page 10, line 20: delete “that is not an agency".

AB42-ASA1-AA3,1,4 43. Page 12, line 11: after that line insert:

AB42-ASA1-AA3,1,6 5“(e) An independent economic impact analysis may not be prepared by any of

AB42-ASA1-AA3,1,98 2. A person who is a principal, as defined in s. 13.62 (12), or who has filed a
