AB532-SA6,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB532-SA6,1,3 1. Page 22, line 24: delete “(4)" and substitute “ (4) (a)".

AB532-SA6,1,4 2. Page 23, line 4: after that line insert:

AB532-SA6,1,8 “(b) The service of a nonunanimous settlement agreement under par. (a) may not serve as a substitute for the standard filings required by the commission in dockets wherein the applicant seeks an order regarding the reasonableness of its rates. This requirement may be waived by the commission for good cause shown.”.

AB532-SA6,1,11 3. Page 23, line 10: delete “settlement agreement under sub. (4)" and substitute “unanimous settlement agreement or 75 days of service of a nonunanimous settlement agreement under sub. (4) (a)".

AB532-SA6,1,13 4. Page 23, line 13: delete “30 days of service" and substitute “30 or 75 days of service, as applicable".
