AB558-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB558-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after “shall request" insert “from the federal environmental protection agency".

AB558-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 7: after “reformulated gasoline" insert “and a waiver of the relevant provisions of the federal clean air act and any state implementation plan under 42 USC 7410 that may be affected by selling gasoline that is not reformulated gasoline in an area described under sub. (2) (a), (b), or (c).".

AB558-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with “from the federal" and ending with “environmental protection agency." on line 8.

AB558-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 9: delete “a waiver" and substitute “such waivers".
