(3) Board and lodging aid. There shall be paid the amount expended
23for board and lodging and transportation between the boarding home and the special
24education program of nonresident children enrolled under s. 115.82 (1) in the special
1education program. The department shall certify to the department of
2administration in favor of each school district, cooperative educational service
3agency, county children with disabilities education board, state agency of another
4state or private, nonsectarian special education service which operates the special
5education program while providing board, lodging and transportation an amount
6equal to the amount expended for such board and lodging and transportation as costs
7eligible for reimbursement from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).

(4) Hospitals and convalescent home aid. The full cost of special
10education for children in hospitals and convalescent homes for orthopedically
11disabled children shall be paid from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).
12The supervision of such instruction shall be under the department and the school
13board of the school district in which the hospital or convalescent home is located. The
14school board of the district in which the hospital or convalescent home is located shall
15submit to the department an itemized statement of all revenues and expenditures
16for the actual cost of such instruction and any other information it requires.

(6) Aid for instruction outside of district. The department shall
19certify to the department of administration, in favor of each school district, an
20amount equal to the amount expended for salaries and travel expenses, as
21determined in advance by the state superintendent, for providing special education
22outside the school district of employment, as eligible for reimbursement from the
23appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).

(8) Enrollment out of state. If a child with a disability is enrolled in
2a public special education program located in another state and the state
3superintendent is satisfied that the program in which the child is enrolled complies
4with this subchapter, the state superintendent shall certify to the department of
5administration in favor of the school district in which the child resides or the school
6district attended by the child under s. 118.50, 118.51, or 121.84 (1) (a) or (4) a sum
7equal to the amount expended by the school district during the preceding year for the
8additional costs associated with the child's special education program as costs
9eligible for reimbursement from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).”.

(3) If the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (bd)
or (bi) is insufficient
14to pay the full amount of costs under sub. (2), the department shall prorate payments
15among eligible applicants.

22115.93 State aid. If upon receipt of the reports under s. 115.92 (2) the state
23superintendent is satisfied that the school age parents program has been maintained
24during the preceding school year in accordance with the rules under s. 115.92 (3), the
1state superintendent shall certify to the department of administration in favor of
2each school district maintaining the program a sum equal to the amount expended
3by the school district during the preceding school year for salaries of teachers and
4instructional aides, special transportation and other expenses approved by the state
5superintendent as costs eligible for reimbursement from the appropriation under s.
620.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).

(1) From the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (cc), divide
9proportionally, based upon costs reported under s. 115.993, an annual payment of
10$250,000 among school districts
other than an eligible school district, as defined in
11s. 118.60 (1) (am) whose enrollments in the previous school year were at least 15
12percent limited-English proficient pupils. Aid paid under this subsection does not
13reduce aid paid under sub. (2).

(2) Certify to the department of administration in favor of the school
16district a sum equal to a percentage of the amount expended on limited-English
17proficient pupils by the school district during the preceding year for salaries of
18personnel participating in and attributable to bilingual-bicultural education
19programs under this subchapter, special books and equipment used in the
20bilingual-bicultural programs and other expenses approved by the state
21superintendent. The percentage shall be determined by dividing the amount in the
22appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (cc) in the current school year less $250,000 by the
23total amount of aidable costs in the previous school year

24than an eligible school district, as defined in s. 118.60 (1) (am).

(3) From the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (bi), pay to an eligible
2school district, as defined in s. 118.60 (1) (am), the amount expended on

4year for salaries of personnel participating in and attributable to
5bilingual-bicultural education programs under this subchapter, special books and
6equipment used in the bilingual-bicultural programs and other expenses approved
7by the state superintendent.”.

(4) If the state superintendent is satisfied that the health treatment
11services program has been maintained during the preceding school year in
12accordance with law, the state superintendent shall certify to the department of
13administration in favor of each school board, cooperative educational service agency
14and county children with disabilities education board maintaining such health
15treatment services, an amount equal to the amount expended for items listed in s.
16115.88 (1m) by the school board, cooperative educational service agency and county
17children with disabilities education board during the preceding year for these health
18treatment services as costs eligible for reimbursement from the appropriation under
19s. 20.255 (2) (b)
or (bi).”.
