AB69-ASA1-AA5,1,9 4100.70 Consumer complaint process; overcharging for investigational
5drugs. The department shall establish a process for receiving, investigating, and
6responding to complaints from consumers that a manufacturer of an investigational
7drug, device, or biological product has charged or is charging consumers more than
8the manufacturer's actual cost to manufacture the investigational drug, device, or
9biological product, in violation of s. 450.135 (3).”.
