66.1015 (4) Exclusionary zoning prohibited.
(a) In this subsection, 6
“exclusionary zoning” means means a zoning ordinance, as defined in s. 66.10015 (1) 7
(f), regulation, or policy that requires a minimum lot size for new construction of a 8
single family residential housing unit.
(b) No city, village, town, or county may enact, impose, or enforce an 10
exclusionary zoning requirement.”.
