AB770-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 14, line 5: after “inclusionary" insert “ and exclusionary".

AB770-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 14, line 15: after that line insert:

AB770-ASA1-AA1,1,4 “ Section 28e. 66.1015 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB770-ASA1-AA1,1,8 66.1015 (4) Exclusionary zoning prohibited. (a) In this subsection, “exclusionary zoning” means means a zoning ordinance, as defined in s. 66.10015 (1) (f), regulation, or policy that requires a minimum lot size for new construction of a single family residential housing unit.

AB770-ASA1-AA1,1,10 (b) No city, village, town, or county may enact, impose, or enforce an exclusionary zoning requirement.”.
