AB789-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 8.

AB789-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB789-AA1,1,4 “ Section 2m. 287.07 (7) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

AB789-AA1,1,7 287.07 (7) (i) The prohibitions in sub. (4) (c) and (i) do not apply if the packaging or container is processed at a pyrolysis facility, as defined in s. 289.01 (27m), or a gasification facility, as defined in s. 289.01 (9m).”.

AB789-AA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 4: delete “waste containing" and substitute “waste that contains".

AB789-AA1,1,11 4. Page 3, line 4: after “post-use plastics" insert “and that may contain incidental contaminants or impurities.".
