SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2017 SENATE BILL 6

SB6-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-SA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 3.

SB6-SA1,1,4 2. Page 7, line 5: delete “4th" and substitute “3rd".

SB6-SA1,1,5 3. Page 7, line 14: delete that line and substitute:

SB6-SA1,1,7 “(a) Provide assistance to a person who has control over the pupil to meet the requirements under s. 118.15.”.

SB6-SA1,1,9 4. Page 7, line 15: delete “Apply" and substitute “If the pupil enrolls in a school in the school district, ensure that the school applies".
