SB425-SA4,1,2 1. Page 18, line 21: after that line insert:

SB425-SA4,1,4 “(g) Maintenance, disposal of equipment. 1. A wireless provider is responsible for the maintenance of its wireless facilities.

SB425-SA4,1,6 2. A wireless provider shall dispose of any of its wireless facilities that are no longer in operation or functional.”.
