SB49-SA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB49-SA11,1,2 1. Page 11, line 5: delete lines 5 to 12.

SB49-SA11,1,4 2. Page 11, line 23: after “those providers." insert “The criteria shall give first priority to projects for areas in which no broadband service is available.".

SB49-SA11,1,5 3. Page 11, line 24: before “priority" insert “secondary".

SB49-SA11,1,6 4. Page 11, line 25: delete “that affect" and substitute “that affect".

SB49-SA11,1,7 5. Page 12, line 1: delete “unserved areas, that" and substitute “ , that".

SB49-SA11,1,8 6. Page 12, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13.
