SB69-AA3,1,3 “ Section 5. 30.69 (3) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

SB69-AA3,1,7 30.69 (3) (e) No person may use water skis, an aquaplane, or a similar device unless the person is wearing a personal flotation device that is a type I, type II, type III, or type V personal flotation device as specified under 33 CFR part 175, subpart B.”.
