SB75-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB75-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 5: before that line, on page 3 of the material inserted by senate
3amendment 1, after line 6, insert:
SB75-AA1,1,8 4“3. A claimant may claim a credit under this subsection with respect to an
5employer's contribution to an employee's college savings account only if the employer
6makes contributions uniformly to the college savings accounts of all other employees
7who are similarly situated to the employee and who did not decline the employer's
8offer to make the contribution.”.
