SB759-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB759-SA1,1,2 1. Page 8, line 15: after that line insert:

SB759-SA1,1,4 “(c) A person who owns or operates a taxicab company or taxicab dispatch service that provides only shared-ride taxicab service in a public transit system.

SB759-SA1,1,6 (d) A person who owns or operates a taxicab company or taxicab dispatch service that satisfies all of the following:

SB759-SA1,1,7 1. The company or service is not for profit.

SB759-SA1,1,11 2. The company or service primarily provides transportation to persons suspected of having a prohibited alcohol concentration, as defined in s. 340.01 (46m), from any premises licensed under ch. 125 to sell alcohol beverages to their places of residence.”.
