SB798-ASA1,1,2 An Act relating to: University of Wisconsin System budget deficits and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB798-ASA1,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB798-ASA1,1,7 (1) Allocation. Of the moneys appropriated under section 20.285 (1) (a) of the statutes for the 2018-19 fiscal year, the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System shall allocate in a manner determined by the board $12,000,000 among the institutions of the system with budget deficits.

SB798-ASA1,2 Section 2. Fiscal changes.

SB798-ASA1,2,2 (1) University of Wisconsin System. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System under section 20.285 (1) (a) of the statutes, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2018-19 is increased by $12,000,000 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
