This bill makes a pupil who attended a school in another state in a school year eligible to attend a private school in the statewide parental choice program in the subsequent school year.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 118.60 (2) (a) 2m. e. of the statutes is created to read:
118.60 (2) (a) 2m. e. The pupil attended a school in another state in the previous school year.
