Representative Tittl introduced Hometown Hero Award recipient, Lia Haile, a seventh-grader at Wilson Middle School in Manitowoc, recognized for her work creating the Hopeful Hearts Club, which provides birthday gifts and holiday celebrations for children staying at Manitowoc’s Hope House homeless shelter. Miss Haile addressed the members from the rostrum.
