MOTION FOR EXTRAORDINARY SESSION

The following motion was approved by the Committee on Assembly Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2) and Assembly Rule 93, it is moved that the Committee on Assembly Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 12, 2018, solely to revive for further consideration Assembly Bill 963, which consideration shall begin at the stage that the proposal had reached immediately before adjournment of the last general-business floorperiod. Ayes: 4 − Representatives Vos, August, Steineke and Knodl.
Noes: 3 − Representatives Hintz, Spreitzer and Hesselbein.

In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2) and Senate Rule 93, it is moved that the Committee on Senate Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 12, 2018, solely to revive for further consideration Assembly Bill 963, which consideration shall begin at the stage that the proposal had reached immediately before adjournment of the last general-business floorperiod Ayes: 5 − Senators Fitzgerald, Roth, Vukmir, Shilling and Bewley.
