ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 31

AB31-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB31-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 7: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2019-20 by $100,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2020-21 by $100,000 for the purpose of providing grants for obtaining farm tractor rollover protection structures.

AB31-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB31-AA1,1,6 “ Section 2m. 20.115 (4) (fm) of the statutes is repealed.”.

AB31-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 21: after “grants" insert “during the 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22 fiscal years".

AB31-AA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB31-AA1,1,10 “ Section 3m. 93.58 of the statutes is repealed.” .

AB31-AA1,1,11 5. Page 3, line 14: delete lines 14 to 15 and substitute:

AB31-AA1,1,12 “(1) This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB31-AA1,2,1 (a) Sections 2m and 3m of this act take effect on June 30, 2022.”.
