No later than January 31, 2021, the department of health services shall, in the manner provided under s. 13.172 (3), submit to the appropriate standing committee in each house of the legislature with jurisdiction over health issues a report that describes all of the following regarding complex rehabilitation technology under the Medical Assistance program under subch. IV of ch. 49:
