AB71-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to create 948.01 (1t) of the statutes; relating to: defining child
2pornography.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB71-ASA1,1 3Section 1. 948.01 (1t) of the statutes is created to read:

AB71-ASA1,1,64 948.01 (1t) “Lewd exhibition of intimate parts” means the display of less than
5fully and opaquely covered intimate parts of a person who is posed as a sex object or
6in a way that places an unnatural or unusual focus on the intimate parts.
