AB804-SA2,1,3 “ Section 2. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB804-SA2,1,9 (1) From the moneys received by the Department of Justice from the federal crime victims fund for crime victim services, each county receiving a distribution for a prisoner who was not a resident of that county when he or she committed the crime shall transfer the amount received for that prisoner to the county in which the person resided when he or she committed the crime and the receiving county shall allocate that money to general victim services.”.
