AB844-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB844-AA3,1,3 1. Page 7, line 8: delete the material beginning with “On behalf of" and ending with “agencies," on line 9 and substitute “Ensure that law enforcement agencies”.

AB844-AA3,1,4 2. Page 7, line 16: delete “(4) (a)".

AB844-AA3,1,5 3. Page 7, line 17: delete “or (5)" and substitute “(5)".

AB844-AA3,1,6 4. Page 10, line 13: after that line insert:

AB844-AA3,1,7 “ Section 11m. 165.776 of the statutes is created to read:

AB844-AA3,1,11 165.776 Sexual assault victim notification. The state crime laboratories shall notify a sexual assault victim from whom a sexual assault kit, as defined in s. 165.775 (1) (e), was collected at least 60 days before the end of the storage period under s. 165.775 (4) (a).”.

AB844-AA3,2,2 5. Page 16, line 16: delete the material beginning with “the department" and ending with “or her" on line 17 and substitute “notification” .

AB844-AA3,2,4 6. Page 16, line 18: delete “s. 165.25 (20)" and substitute “ss. 165.25 (20) and 165.776".
