SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 129

SB129-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB129-SA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 16: delete lines 16 and 17 and substitute:

SB129-SA1,1,4 “2. If a person modifies an electric bicycle so as to change the classification of the electric bicycle, the person shall prepare and affix”.

SB129-SA1,1,6 2. Page 6, line 19: after “1512" insert “, as if the electric bicycle were a bicycle as defined under 16 CFR 1512.2 (a)".
