1transportation, document sales, and records services primarily to state agencies; to
2transfer the proceeds of document sales to state agencies publishing documents;
and
3to provide for the general program operations of the public records board under s.
416.61. All moneys received from the provision of state vehicle and aircraft fleet, mail
5transportation, document sales, and records services primarily to state agencies,
6from documents sold on behalf of state agencies, and from services provided to state
7agencies by the public records board shall be credited to this appropriation account,
8except that the proceeds of the sale provided for in 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section
99401 (20j) shall be deposited in the general fund as general purpose revenue —
10earned.

18received for the provision of such document sales services and services under ss.
1916.971, 16.972, 16.973, 16.974 (3), and 16.997 (2) (d), other than moneys received and
20disbursed under ss. par. (ip) and s. 20.225 (1) (kb) and 20.505 (1) (ip), shall be credited
21to this appropriation account.

24funding to American Indian tribes to create architectural plans for a youth wellness
25center. All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under sub. (8) (hm)
