hist100233I am hereby depositing 2019 Senate Bill 4 in the Office of the Secretary of State as an Act of the 2019 Legislative Session pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Wisconsin Constitution. The Senate presented the bill to the Governor on April 25, 2019, and he did not take action “within 6 days (Sundays excepted)” as required by the Constitution. hist100229Therefore, under section 35.095 (2) of the Wisconsin Statutes, I have numbered Senate Bill 4 to be 2019 Wisconsin Act 5 with May 3, 2019 as the date of enactment.
