AB447,1,2 An Act relating to: reimbursement rates under the Medical Assistance program for home health care services.

Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau

This bill requires the Department of Health Services to increase by 10 percent the reimbursement rates for home health care services provided under the Medical Assistance program in the first year of the 2019-21 fiscal biennium and maintain that funding level in the second year of the fiscal biennium.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB447,1 Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.

AB447,2,2 (1) Home health care rate increase. The department of health services shall increase by 10 percent the reimbursement rates for home health care services provided under the Medical Assistance program in the first year of the 2019-21 fiscal biennium and maintain that funding level in the second year of the 2019-21 fiscal biennium.
