Indigenous Peoples Day.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
118.02 (12) of the statutes is amended to read:

421.301 (6) of the statutes is amended to read:
“Business day" means any calendar day except Saturday and 8
Sunday, and except the following business holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther 9
King Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Columbus Indigenous Peoples
