This bill creates a sales and use tax exemption for precious metals and a sales
tax exemption for cryptocurrency.

enact as follows:

SB192,1,64 77.54 (69) The sales price from the sale of and the use or other consumption
5of precious metals, including bullion and bullion metals cast into ingots or minted
6into coins at the market rate based on the spot price of their precious metal content.
SB192,2 7Section 2. 77.54 (70) of the statutes is created to read:
177.54 (70) The sales price from the sale of cryptocurrency.
