Public health emergency declaration. The governor may issue an
5executive order under s. 323.10 declaring a public health emergency related to the
6COVID-19 pandemic solely for the purpose of receiving emergency or other
7allotments under the federal Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Act of 2020;
8the Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020; the Coronavirus Aid, Relief,
9and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020; the Paycheck Protection Program and
10Health Care Enhancement Act of 2020; and the Consolidated Appropriations Act,
12021. The governor may issue this executive order only if the receipt of the
2allotments requires an active state-declared emergency or disaster.”.”
