HEAB service funds appropriation
This bill creates a program revenue-service appropriation for the Higher Educational Aids Board. The appropriation authorizes HEAB to expend money that HEAB receives from other state agencies to carry out the purpose for which the money is received.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.235 (2) (k) of the statutes is created to read:
20.235 (2) (k) General program operations — service funds. All moneys received from other state agencies to carry out the purposes for which received.
****Note: This Section involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
